    Me too. Probably the 'dad' in me would get mad at the kid. but that's not enough when a gun is pointed at you.

    1st off no 2nd guessing....its going to be 911 at some point so if you are not onbaord with the totality of the situation,
    than id be phone in hand before i announce to the 'group' "i see you" and have them to become interested in me.
    afterall, you are second guessing which i take to mean --unsure.

    2nd bold-wrong, wrong wrong

    one reacts -- should be acting, not 'playing' catch up to begin with;
    ones actions are predicated by the direct possibility of harm presented in your direction;
    not the size, shape, color or....whatever that is causing it.

    perhaps in the dark you do not pick up on him being a midget,
    if the threat is short, aim lower

    I remember in highschool putting some guy into a trashcan for slapping his ol lady now a days the ol lady will jump in and stab you for trying to help her. things have changed and im only 26 o.0
