I drive through there on the way to work every day. This morning they had police cars escorting the buses around on their morning routes.

When I think of actual zombies....this is the kind of mindless killing machine I think of. What would be better than catching him before he acts again, is giving him the final "double tap" and sending him to deadguy to bury for good before he does it again.

How is a police escort going to stop a guy from shooting up a bus? It will make it so they are there to try to catch the guy, but if he really wants to do it, the police won't be able to stop him.

Although, I'm not sure how serious the guy is if he drops his gun and notebook and runs when confronted by a witness. Might just be trying to scare people and overwork the police.

There may come a time in the near future when crossing guards and "Volunteers" are armed at crossings and bus stops to protect kids from these nut jobs.too bad the guy that was chasing the perp who fired on him wasn't carrying and stopped the threat.Times like this are when it's better to be armed in todays world there are some seriously crazy people

    ^^^^^THAT is what^^^^^^^^^^

    I was thinking as well.
These morons going around these days pulling stunts like this are really taking a risk with this type of activity.

15-20 years ago, and there weren't nearly as many folks with carry permits.

In the area where this was, there is a lot of CC'ing, but the ones that are CC'ing do have a GA Weapons Carry License. The county has a lot of crime & gangs throughout.
