Bad: Moe, Larry, and Curly dress as "Cable guys" to rob a homeowner.
Wearing Comcast shirts, the trio of BGs apparently cut the power to the house, followed the female homeowner into the home, produced a gun and asked her for money, drugs and the keys to her Magnum. Front door was open, so she ran to a neighbor's house.
Moe and the boys fled, leaving the weapon behind.... nyuck nyuck nyuck!

Yeah, not the sharpest knives in the drawer, but you got to say, they did find a really good method of busting into someone's home and committing a robbery. They might have even been associated with some not-so-nice Comcast employees who are providing them with the stuff to mimic workers.
It's getting to the point now that criminals are resorting to this sort of thing, because it works a lot of the time. Let's just hope these clowns get caught before they actually kill someone in the process.

If I find three men in my yard they are going to have some explaining to do at the end of a gun. No utility co just shows up and trespasses with out notice

I wonder if the lady gets to keep the gun since it was left on her property? Should be payment for her troubles.

What fools!
Hopefully they will pull this gag on a 65 yr. old Vietnam vet.

Actually, they do some places. Don't know about /now/, in some places, they could even enter your home without a warrant (NYC, IIRC).
Nuthen too idiotic for local politicians.

I'm more worried about the Door to Door solicitors, with a little 'someone made me a hokie ID thing around the neck'. I have the 'Do Not Disturb' signs and they ignore them.
Don't know em, I politely ask them to leave, once. After that, I tell them.
