    We had an office do that once. After that it was either go from the drivers license on the deceased, or start out as an inquiry as to who may have been operating the vehicle.

    True, albeit probably anger too just that they were subjected to the feelings of grief and anguish that they must have felt. It sucks but mistakes happen.
