Animals. That's all they are and probably all they will ever be.
When you're outnumbered in a conflict you need an equalizer. Unfortunately the citizens of Chicago are not allowed to have one.
I have no desire to ever visit Chicago. Especially since I can't carry there...
It's too bad the surveillance video couldn't show the victim shooting a couple of these beasts. That won't be happening in Chicago any time soon, unfortunately.
The article repeatedly mentioned beatings by "teen mobs" only in the victim statement was the (from the surveillance pictures) glaringly obvious mentioned at all. And there are some on these "gun boards" that think those of us carrying high capacity autos are crazy, mobs of 10-20, I think not.
I believe this happened at an underground station. Red line heads to south side along Dan Ryan expressway.
Very good reasons,,,,,, to STAY OUT OF ILLINOIS,,,,, especially CHICAGO.

Nothing surprises me in that "outlaw" town. Not crime, not politics, not nothing....period. On second thought one thing does surprise me. The fact that ANY business or ANY law abiding citizen would relocate there.
I don't spend my money in IL.
You can't really protect yourself in Chicago! Maybe this will wake the population up?
All I can say is that I have several family members who are Chicago police officers. one is leaving because of how bad it has become. All of them are sick and tired of the laws that do nothing for the law abiding and do adamantly support CCW in Illinois and Chicago. They feel helpless unable to do their jobs and the only way for crime to be somewhat controlled is through CCW. Need to give people the right and means to protect themselves. All it takes is a potential victim to down a piece of scum and the game changes.Quote:
