Hahahahahahahaha... That's awesome. I recall a story where people were buying (obviously very crappy) NEW guns for less than the "buy back" price, and then turning around and selling them for a profit. Such fantastic programs these are...

LOLLOL. I' would have loved to see the faces of those people in chcago in charge of this buy back program. It must have been priceless!!!!!
