    Either mental,or acute Cocaine psychosis,almost everything he did made absolutely no sense,if he was able to drive off and he was in fear for their safety why not drive to the Sheriffs office or City PD.Sounds like murder to me but will probably plead to involuntary manslaughter

    probably, true and will get it since the 'daughter' is seen as his property. That's what truly sickening.
