A CHL holder at the movie theater readjusts himself and drops his gun which discharges as it hits the floor. He's now the proud owner of a new a$$hole. At least he had the decency to stand up, apologize, and leave immediately. Our public image is fading fast...ugh.

wanta bet he was either carrying without a holster,to be honest I really hate when these guns hit the ground in public places or somebody has a ND,but I would be suing a gun manufacturer for selling an unsafe firearm

I would bet he grabbed for it or picked it up & hit the trigger... Would be hard to see where the trigger was sitting in a theater and reaching under the seat in the semi darkness.

The latest story I read says that the guy says his gun fell out of his pocket and went off. If accurate, that says to me that this guy was carrying a gun in his pocket and not in a pocket holster. So, that plants him firmly in the nimrod category. He should, at the very least, lose his carry permit as he obviously isn't responsible enough to carry in a manner responsible enough to not endanger himself and others around him.
