    Now if it were REQUIRED that he spend every single day behind bars, without parole or pardon, justice would be served. Fat chance of that.

    Well, he gets free room and board, free food, free medical attention, free college courses, free cable, free clothes, all for about $1 a year. The only thing that's not going to be free is him. He's really probably better off, off the street.

    Ohio has a law known as "truth in sentencing", so unless the sentencing judge and/or prosecutor intervene on his behalf, he will be doing every day of it.
