Sounds like a get even attack. First attack should not have taken place either.

Of course gun control works, this just proves it. Not one gun was used to maim and kill anyone. ***extreme sarcasm***

They found another way to maim and kill so the gun control did absolutely nothing to stop this.

If someone is willing to kill someone, then the method of choice does not matter.
I'm in favor of gun control -- I think every citizen should have control of a gun.

Sorry to diverge in thought from all previous posters to this thread, but last I checked Kenya was in Africa. I don't see that the article has any bearing on the American gun control debate.

Where are those "NO machetes, bows and arrows and spears" signs when you need them.

Bloomberg is one of those politicians that thinks we're too dumb to take care of ourselves. They push for legislation to control or ban most everything. He's turned NY into a no-smoking, no trans-fats, no large drinks zone. It was already a no-gun zone, but somehow people still manage to get hold of guns to kill each other there.

He'll be along shortly, no doubt.

In the same dustbin as the "NO murder, robbery, assault and mayhem" signs.

Of course, human detritus has been attacking and killing innocents since they learned to walk upright, and likely long before that.

If nothing else, it's an example of how easily a (relatively) defenseless population can become targeted victims. That, and the simple fact that the truisms of that reality aren't any different anywhere in the world.
