He had an ND while trying to repair a "faulty mechanism" on his revolver.Who wants to bet money it was an internal lock on a Smith & Wesson or Taurus

I like this comment: "The “faulty mechanism that cocked the .38-caliber Smith and Wesson and rotated the cylinder” was Judge Sgeugila."

Conflict of Interest and dereliction of duty. Hardly anything new, for sitting judges and political hacks.

You would think that a judge would be smart enough to know to unload a gun before working on it.

Well.....the handgun wasn't a Taurus Judge or the fool would have known how it opperates.

Par for the course in "approving" his own concealed carry permit. This has so much going wrong it may be too long to list.

I would also believe his "retirement" plans at the end of this year were basically mandatory.

Focus on the fact that the Judge has the right to carry a gun, but other citizens do not.

Be careful how you vote this year. Soon, you may not have the right, no matter what state you live in, depending on who gets the Egg Office.

The phrase 'power to the people' has never been more relevant.

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

What part of this requires interpretation? I'm confused.

Since he has already shown that he likes to do everything for himself. I think he should sentence himself to some jail time.
How much time do you think you should get Judge? What seems fair in the eyes of the law?

We shouldn't judge him too harshly.

"Sgueglia was trying to repair a faulty mechanism that cocked the .38-caliber Smith and Wesson and rotated the cylinder." Maybe he was running a gun shop out of his chambers.
