Update : WV State Trooper Shooting

The guy who shot and killed a West Virginia State Trooper has had past troubles with Law Enforcement.

This really drives home the point that you never know what awaits a person, especially those who are in Law Enforcement.

It was said that they did not seach the suspect very well because he was concealing a handgun, most likely in the crotch area and a momentary lapse of protocol resulted in this tragedy.

But, the mindset of some people is downright scary. Is it any wonder why we want to keep & bear firearms for reasons just like this. It could have very easily been a road rage person, or someone who had just "lost it", was armed and ready to create mayhem.

I hope we still understand.....Anytime......Anyplace.....Anywhere. ....and Anyone.

This is also a reminder that even if you are prepared you may not survive the encounter. Carrying a weapon only improves my chances. More improvement with training but ultimately we may not survive.

Anytime...and so I must be ready all the time

Anyplace...each place is different so I must train for each one

Anywhere...can't carry everywhere, awareness is cruical

Anyone...even Grandma can pull a trigger
