Exercise your 2nd amendment rights....not doing so jeopardizes that right for everyone.

    Hey, I have an idea:

As soon as the perp enters your house, sign a Quit Claim deed to him, valid for one hour. Now HE is the homeowner and you are trespassing in his house. "Defend" yourself. Since you are now the perp, he goes to jail and you are set free.

    What could possibly go wrong?

I wouldn't want to test it... Given how our society has fallen to the level of the majority rule mentality in every aspect, it wont take much for the "majority" to whine at their local reps and anyone else who will listen on national tv and drum up an uproar to have you convicted anyway should you be forced to claim that castle doctrine.

The "authorities" would probably still go after the last one standing. After all, harming others is baaa-aa-aaaad.
