He is the man...and he just proved it. It didn't turn out in his favor by chance or accident. He tilted the odds in his favor with training and ability. Calm, cool, and collected. It appears just like another day at the office, but it wasn't. He was well prepared.

Amen. Have to agree with that. Textbook, wasn't it. I watch 'after' , and he use of the doorway, etc.... shows his training, etc. well. He was constantly assessing if they would return and if the threat was really stopped or not. Good JOB ! ! ! !

And there ends the unpleasant stereotype of "security guard."

Something's bugging me..... even brain-dead thugs planning to hold up an establishment such as that cafe' had to know the place/scoped it out/etc. and KNEW there was an armed duty guard posted. Those probley wern't just street punks looking for some extra cash. That lends itself to be a small 'crew' who were 'gunning' for the guard first BEFORE moving inside for the bigger score. Amature thuglets certinally, but not just some 'off-the-cuff' armed robbery either.

Just adds to this guys mistique now. Bravo Zulu !

Military training. Watch the video again and look at the footwork. That's how moving while shooting is taught in the armed forces.
