Winter Haven Man Arrested with a Gun in Wal-Mart Demanded an employee to sell him ammo
According to a Winter Haven Police report, on July 3, Rodney Gene Lewis, 24, was seen drinking a beer outside of the Wal-Mart on Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven before entering the store. He then went directly to the sporting goods department in the back of the store where he approached an employee at a counter.
Lewis then placed his revolver on the counter, saying he needed ammo.
I hate that; drinking beer and then getting arrested....... they never let you use the bathroom in time....

Amazing what too much alcohol can do to someones judgement. Maybe this will be a wake up call for him, and he can avoid any further trouble. Hope so.

Hopes are that Bubba doesn't get to have a gun no more!
Thank goodness his first amendment rights to argue like an drunk, ignorant fool are still intact...
"Historical examination of the right to bear arms, from English antecedents to the drafting of the Second Amendment, bears proof that the right to bear arms has consistently been, and should still be, construed as an individual right." -- U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings, Re: U.S. vs Emerson (1999)

I don't often get drunk before going into the sporting-goods section of a store. But when I do, I order a phased plasma rifle in a 40 watt range
If 'mental illness' is a main cause of gun-grabbing sentiments, then mental illness is the true enemy.
The March of Dimes worked. There's an opportunity there for being pro-active in defense of your rights.
Alternatlvely, please just actually give actual money occasionally.

all the good stuff happens at wally world, if he would have just read the side of the cylinder he would have received his ammo (was he that drunk or that stupid to not know what cal he needed)
I would rather live my life as if there is a God,
And die to find out there isn't, than live my life
As if there isn't, and die to find out there is.
God Bless

I simply don't know what to say.
"A first rate man with a third rate gun is far better than the other way around". The gun is a tool, you are the craftsman that makes it work. There are those who say "if I had to do it, I could" yet they never go out and train to do it. (WETSU)

What a dork! Idiots like that don't deserve to carry guns. He might have the right, but he sure don't deserve it. Dang! There I go again, infringing on this guys right to express his right to carry.

Up vote for the Terminator reference!
Luckily they must have been smart enough not to say, "you can't load that in here".
