    Booze and guns. Bad combination.
The more good folks carry guns, the fewer shots the crazies can get off.

There's really not much one can say about something that stupid. So sorry for the next of kin. How does one explain that to the parents?

I feel bad for them both as well as their respective families. They were friends.
One is now dead & that is going to be a terrible memory for the other to live with for an entire lifetime.
    RIP Soldier.

And this is why you never point a weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot. One of the four weapon safety rules I learned at Boot Camp. It's really too bad.

Booze + football + guns = total stupidity. Now he will have to live with the fact he killed someone.

A simpler and less expensive way to stop hiccups is to take a shot of "RealLemon" lemon juice. Works every time or your money back.........

Bad juju, to deliberately point a firearm at someone's head.

Unsurprising, that the media spin the write-up to claim the bullet discharged itself. He pulled the trigger while the gun was pointed at the guy's head. The bullet didn't simply "discharge."
