I thought the article was bad enough... then I read one of the comments:

When you allow the Government to decide who may or may not access the media, or even decide what types of media should be available you have opened the door to the Government placing restrictions on your speech as well. Most folks have no problem with allowing the Government to restrict access to porn. The trouble is that the Government sees it as permission to restrict all types of speech they do not approve of. You may think that you are giving the Government permission to restrict one thing. The Government sees it as an open invitation to restrict everything.

Seems our government is getting more and more like England's. Over the years since the revolution our government(mostly via the Supreme Court) has been slowly restricting our constitutional rights. Case in point --- the 2nd amendment.

We have friends that live there and if they want access to their weapons, they have to go to the constable and sign them out and then sign them back in when they are done using them!! How freaky is that???? The police station must love being the keeper of the guns!!??
