Michigan.... Wyoming. I could see where the confusion comes in. Right next to each other.
That's terrible. I love Silver Bullet. Great people and one of the best indoor ranges that I have been to.

That's horrible. I'm sorry for the people that work there and those others who had to witness it.
..I didn't realize that Michigan was THAT depressing...
Wait until daylight savings ends. Things will get really depressing.
New to the forum so hi all. Anyway, I am in Grand Rapids for work and went to Silver Bullet today to put my hands on an HK45c since no one in my area has one in stock. Got to the door at about 1:20 just as the owners were closing up and clearing out the store. Folks were all obviously shaken by the event. Prayers are with everyone including the man who took his own life and his family. Just sad.
+1.
I'm not sure if this is true or not, but people have told me that once the police are done with their investigation they pretty much leave the cleaning up to the family (or business in this case) to clean up after?
I hate when people think that suicide is the only way out... Prayers for the family and friends.
I know the police leave it for the family to clean up but I don't know about businesses. I feel so bad for the persons family. I also feel bad for anyone who was there. I can't imagine how I would feel if this happened when I was at the range and I saw it. There are company's that can be called to deal with this type of clean up.
I have bought almost all my firearms from Silver Bullet over the last couple of years. The staff is awesome and they have a great selection.
This guy is a complete turd for doing this.
That's why i have to go 20 miles to the range that rents guns. I can foresee one less range renting guns now.
As someone that has had to deal with suicide in the family,I wish to make a statement.
No one has the ability to see into the mind of the person wishing to end their life.
Calling a person a name or referring to them in a negative manner, just makes things harder to tolerate.
My father used a 20 gauge under his jaw, and left us with the job of cleaning up the mess. Fortunatly, there was help available and we paid to
have the mess cleaned up.
There were slight indications that something was amiss, but the surviors have to make peace with what a loved one does, after the fact
In my opinion, this kind of action is cowardly. But I can still not fully understand it after 7 years of daily review in my mind.
Only God has the right to judge, so please be sympathetic when you hear of this kind of action by someone that needs help.
Everybody has a breaking point. Many of us will go our whole life without reaching it but there will always be people who aren't so "lucky". When one is so depressed that they reach the point of suicide, its not that they don't consider the grief they will cause, its just that they're hurting so bad inside they feel like their loved ones will be better off without them.
At least it wasn't a rampage and then suicide.
