That fellow has had his share of problems in addition to guns. What about "The man my mother was living with"? ? Did that experience add to his being afraid, on and on and on.

The man his mother was living with sat on the porch with a handgun waiting for trouble. Norm's only contact with a gun scared him to death. So it's only natural that he wants to abolish the 2A and forbid millions of law abiding citizens from protecting themselves and owning guns. Norm's a moron!!!

Why? Easy. The Supreme Court won't allow it...........NOW. That will however change in a few short years.

We can only hope that those who used the cover of Stare Decisis to get approved for the court... really believe in the principle the espoused.

I frankly don’t much care what the founders had to say.
    Obviously not.

The nation just behind us? Yemen, the land of a failed state and apocalyptic anarchy. The African nation has 55 firearms for every 100 people, according to statistics gathered by the United Nations.
He also thinks Yemen is in Africa.

For the most part it's people like his client that we are trying to protect ourselves from. He's going to have a gun, why take ours away so he has a free playing field. What a MAROON!

It seems to me from his blog that he's the attorney representing the guy who murdered the other guy. So all he's doing is setting up a defense - my poor client isn't to blame; it's the evil gun that thrust itself into his hands and then maliciously fired a lethal bullet into the head of the victim... oh yeah, and he had eaten a lot of Twinkies.

I'm here in Ca. so that's the reason for the small addition. You are correct though, I figure if we pass your post around the forum for a while we would probably be able to "fix" it like it should be.

"I got in my share of fistfights as a kid, and I’ve been angry enough to kill on more than one occasion. But, to date, I’ve never shot at another human being. I expect to die without ever having fired a shot in anger."

I think this was a very telling part of his story. He can't control his own anger, so he assumes we won't be able to either. His fear that a gun will make him do something bad, turns into his "knowledge" that guns will cause others to do bad things to. It is his own inadequacies that drive his fear of the 2A, not any rational evaluation of facts and reality.
