Not a lot of details but apparently the gunman hasn't heard that guns are illegal in NYC.

If the addresses were "8" exactly, and all the same sort of shops, then I might be more inclined to take some precautions. ie, baker at 8 Oak got wacked, then a baker at 8 Lemon, then a baker at 8 Jackson. Being a baker at 8 Madison might be a bit more worrisome, then.

Does anyone know the penalty for a like crime??? The so called "hate crime" laws are simply asinine. A crime is a crime and the penalty should not be more or less.
