I once lived in Houston near Dairy Ashford. God Bless Texas.Quote:
"...no charges were expected to be filed in the shooting."
I certainly hope the full investigation verifies the newspaper report. If that is the case, then this looks like a justifiable reaction.
"Man do you remember the day that we tried to rob those guys, me and Joey got filled full of holes, Joey died and you got hit by that car? Those were the good times my friend, good times indeed."
Aaaaaaawwwww. Someone shot a BG in Texas, and was legally defending himself? You don't say......
Good shooting for 2 of 3.... critical hits out of apparently six or so shots fired (could have been more than one hit on either of these two BGs out of the 6 shots fired - article does not specify).
From the Article: "Police arrived at the scene to find two men with gunshot wounds. Both were sent to the hospital in critical condition where one of them later died."
Apparently, and probably after having an unscheduled bowel movement: "..... the third suspect managed to get away but not before he was hit by a passing car. So he did not get away 'cleanly' either."
Nice to hear good things like this.
Got hit by a car fleeing? Now that is divine intervention right there!
bye-bye BG. Now he is no longer BAD, he is just a misunderstood guy who fell in with the wrong crowd.
If you DO THE CRIME,,,, You have to do the TIME ,,,, the two LUCKY ONES ,,, possibly
Cause of death: "acute failure of the victim selection process." (Thank you, Mas Ayoob.)
How dumb do you have to be to flunk out of robber school? And still try to rob 2 guys...

Good outcome all the way round. Maybe the second robber will die of his wounds in the hospital since he was listed as critical. It was great that the third one got hit with a car but I disagree..... I am in favor of open carry when it comes to motor vehicles! :image035:
