Bad: Recidivist just released from prison attacks again.
Why they let this guy out is a mystery to me...
Last week he followed a woman into walmart, watched her shop... then as she was going thru checkout, he went to her unlocked car and waited for her in the back seat.
Kidnapping, robbery, sexual assault, and rape charges filed.... at least they caught him.... wonder how long he'll be in jail this time?

Isn't Mt Airy the town that Mayberry was modeled after? Sad state of affairs when stuff like this happen in smalltown USA.

Hopefully they keep him locked up for the rest of his life.

Has anybody watched "To Catch a Predator" on MSNBC, with Chris Hansen? If not, it's a show where they pose as minors in online chat rooms in attempts to catch adults soliciting sex from minors. After the shows over, they show the outcome and what sentence they received. Every time I watch the show, not only am I shocked about the whole ordeal (one guy even brought his 4-6 year old with him to meet an underage girl) but how LOW their sentences are. Most receive around 5-7 years in prison coupled with 10-25 years of probation.
At least this guy has kidnapping tacked onto the sexual assault, so he shouldn't be getting out anytime soon this time.
GO STEELERS!

I doubt it. Some Lib D.A. will say he was an abused child from a broken home and never had a chance in life THEN file charges against the LEO's who 'hurt his feelings.' Old west justice was the BEST.

Keeping him in probably wasn't cost-effective. I mean, it couldn't possibly have been because he'd served his sentence. That sort of thing simply isn't done anymore.

A good refresher on the rationale behind "three strikes" and 'lectric chairs, it seems to me. At some point, I can only hope we get a clue and stop the merry-go-'round approach.

The only useful thing this guy can provide is 'gator bait'.OMO
