if the "Bloomberg Rules" REALLY worked, a day like that would be the norm, not an aberration.

So the headline says, "Nobody was Shot or Stabbed..." but the article states that someone was shot and "there were no reported shootings, stabbings, or slicings".
They should just stop "reporting" all the shootings, stabbings and slicings so the violent crime rate can go down.
