Why is it that the uneducated can go on national television and attempt to inform brain dead citizens that guns are the problem in America? I am so infuriated that I could just spit right now. How is anyone supposed to understand what is happening in America unless they educate themselves? And we all know that Americans are to lazy to do that. It is sad to say but I think the only way we are going to re-establish America is through another civil war.

Costas has been a good "revenue generator" for many charities in the metro St. Louis area for several years. It will be interestng to see what/how much, if any, donation repercussions will occur after that tirade.. Except for STL and KC, Missouri is a pretty "gun friendly" state.

Semi-shocked. Very outraged! Sending a complaint to NBC. I am a firm supporter of right to possess firearms! However.. Sunday Night football is not the platform for/against gun rights. Total BS this was allowed.

It would have been a knife or baseball bat if he did not own a gun. If you want to kill someone you will use what is available and the result is the same. To think she would have died only because he used a gun is beyond belief. It is gun ownership by the common man that stands in the way of total control by the left and they will try their best to take our guns.

Costas agreed with it or he wouldnt have quoted it. So it appears that the NFL is being used as a platform for ones political views. And if he isnt fired, then they agree with it.
So, why is it that we don't see this level of outrage when some gang banger kills a an eight year old little girl during a drive-by in Chicago or LA?
Why is the personal, domestic tragedy of some professional athlete so worthy of this much notice?
I say it is warped priorities. Not to mention warped morality. Every violent death is a tragedy, and deserving of our outrage - AT THE PERPETRATOR!
It isn't just about taking personal responsibility on our part. It is also about laying blame on those responsible for the actual crime and holding then accountable for their misdeeds.
Can anyone tell me when and where the last lawsuit against a car manufacturer happened after a drunk driving fatality? Why are people still allowed to own cars? They aren't even IN the Constitution.
