Ahh the old "blow to the windpipe" trick...
Just as good as the "dislocate the knee" kick
or the "chicken-wing" <Reverse WristLock> followed up with a blow to the
back of the elbow.
Very few people show much motivation after that...

Just goes to show that many older people refuse to go gently into that good night. Chalk one up for the good guys.
ETA: I couldn't for the life of me remember the origins of that line, so I had a quick consultation with the Great Google, and read what Wikipedia had to say:
