If they want to stop mass shootings, there's plenty of warning signs right there. Here's their chance to stop one and make her sorry for saying something that always seems to come back to the guns and not the person. Maybe the person should be in custody after threats like these instead of the gun in custody after they have carried out those threats.

I would say she is getting heat at work... deleted Linkedin profile and twitter set to private.
I do think what she said is enough to qualify for a thorough mental evaluation to see if she is a real threat to go postal or if she is just an idiot.

Considering the "party girl" tweets the article also quoted I would lean more toward big mouthed idiot with no sense in her head. I doubt she is actually mentally incompetent, more likely just a young, drunk, over privileged, ignoramus with no class.
I don't know about NREL's social media policy, but my company would fire my butt if I were dumb enough to go on the Internets and represent them in such an...unflattering way. It's never a good way to defend your employer by raving like a lunatic in defense of your employer.
