Serial killers usually have a very similar MO but tend to be older than the mass killers.

Yeah..I am not sure what is going on here. There seems to be a major uptick in undiagnosed serious mental illness that is presenting itself in this age range. I don't have any real facts to back this up but I don't know how else to explain this evil.

I've got an idea.
Lets register "killer" videos.
When someone wants to buy one, we can make them wait 3 days.
We can limit the time of each...to say....5 minutes.
We can even limit videos based on the style of "weapons" used...you know...machine guns dont get as much time as a revolver or single shot weapon.
We might let them buy only one video a month.
Yeah...that'll work.
Or maybe things are screwed up its because most kids are growing up without a Father to put a foot in their tail when they screw up, taught that there is nothing on earth but what they can see, that it's wrong to fight back, and that taking responsibility for ones actions is an outdated, outmoded concept.

I remember hearing once that schizophrenia typically shows up in people in their late teens to early 20s. That and other similar psychoses can lead to delusions of grandeur, paranoia, etc. I'm not a doctor, I just watch a lot of "Criminal Minds".
