In fairness I saw this story on CBS and CNN. There is a difference between not being covered and being a huge story.
I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.

Certainly no "tunnel" here. A knifing on the other side of the planet that resulted in no deaths in a country that knows how to effectively deal with the riffraff doesn't take away from anything. The appropriate focus is on multiple multi-murder situations on our own ground, in a nation that decidedly doesn't know how to effectively deal with its riffraff, a situation that'll have far-reaching implications for the Constitution and the practical ability of the People to protect themselves against criminality. It is what it is.
Your best weapon is your brain. Don't leave home without it.
