    Around here they just spit in your food. I did read the article, not enough enough on what happened, sure it will be clarified in court.

    True that, but I have to jump to the assumption that that guy that was CCing could have avoided this situation. I mean, he HAS to be rethinking his actions sitting in jail.

    It's knuckleheads like this that are going to get that law overturned. Granted there isn't much info here so I may be wrong, but it seems to me that a "shoving match" does not generally require the need for a revolver to be involved.

    But really? At Little Ceasar's? That pizza sucks anyway! I'd be fighting to get out the door!

    The shooter needs to go to prison and lose the right to ever be in the same room with a gun again. This is a messed up individual who gets in a fight with another customer while standing in line, let alone shoots them!
