After they ban knives they will move on to big rocks.

What happened to the UK? It's people were once tougher than nails. So sad.

If they were that dumb and reactionary 7 years ago...imagine what it's like today.

I say we confiscate ALL dinnerware and issue "sporks"...plastic of course.

Who really needs all that dinnerware.

I'm off to run with scissors...
I'd rather be lucky than good any day

There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.

Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.

That's no fun. I prefer to run with a loaded firearm with my finger on the trigger in one hand and a katana in the other! Much more exciting!

They consulted 10 top chefs from around the UK, and found such knives have little practical value in the kitchen.
None of the chefs felt such knives were essential, since the point of a short blade was just as useful when a sharp end was needed.
I would like to see them just try to cut up a watermelon with a 3-inch paring knife; I find a 10-inch chef’s knife to be much better suited for that purpose.
