I'm not quite sure how to reply to this....Sandy Hook had more means of security than any school that I work at. Bottom feeding lawyers and a corrupt justice system that allows this kind of crap makes me ill. And this was one of the survivng victims. Evil will always find a way to do it's distruction, and lawyers will always find a way to make a buck off of it. This is one of the pitfalls of our great country, sad, but true.

Really disgusting how quick the snakes come out. I hope the petition to sue gets turned down before it can hit the courts.

Instead of suing they should be thanking God that their child survived.

This should be dismissed with prejudice post haste. Bottom feeding lawyers representing trash. The judge should tell the trash "Your kid was not hurt - grow up, thank God, get lost." The judge should then start proceedings to revoke the lawyers ticket to practice.

I am not at all surprised by this. Made considerably ill to my stomach, well, yes.

These types of people are nothing more than human vultures ready to pick anything they can.

If I were the Judge on this, the lawsuit would get no further than just the thought of it. How can anyone be that greedy and self centered to want to take advantage of such a tragic thing? Humanity is sliding into the pit.

Totally agree! Another aspect few realize about these types of law suits is, who are they actually suing and who is actually paying for that huge award? It's the local property owner in the form of property taxes paying any amount over the insurance coverage and higher insurance preminums that will follow.

The community suffers emotionally, financially and legally because of gun restrictions placed on law abiding citizens, liberal courts and scum feeding lawyers.
