Idiocracy at it's best!
Superintendent Enfield is clearly an idiot.
Fortunately, I have never met another supt who wanted to disarm the cops.
The school board can't be far behind in their liberal thinking...they hired her.:banghead:
How does someone this blind to logic and reason get to be an "educator"? This just blows my mind!
How does disarming the police make anyone safer? Can anyone point out ANY case where a resource officer shot and killed an innocent kid at school? I would be pulling my kids out of this district that is being advertized as a police disarmament zone!
Professing themselves wise, they became fools...
I would move out of the area, I would not want any part of that.
They can't see the forest for the trees.
Fools. Surprisingly our school is going the other way. Our on campus officer (3-4 days a week) will have a cabinet on campus with a "rifle" in it. It isn't the best, but it is a start.
The comments under the story are very much aginst this Mrs. Enfield idiot
It still amazes me that we went from teaching firearm safety and marksmanship in schools during the 1950's into the 70's (and maybe beyond) to the public being filled with Hoplophobes?
Something tells me Mrs. Enfield may have just commited career suicide.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups
The Problem: When stupid people do stupid things, smart people end up getting killed
from a TEXAS A&M student:
"Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds dearly the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
Liberals are like Slinkies…Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it. Mark Twain
For those who may not know, this school district is about a 30 minute drive south of Seattle.
This makes me ashamed to say I live in Washington State. Of the three people representing me in Washington, D.C., two have answered my letters. Unfortunately, both were save-the-children anti-gun buzz-word laden statements that let me know they are not representing me at all.
