Bad and Ugly: Man tied up, wife shot and killed in home invasion

Not much yet released to make a 'real' judgement on, but something here dosn't sound quite right.... BUT, if this is as stright forward as it reads then this alone is as good as any reason to carry at home.

Sounds very fishy to me. They kill her but not him? What would be the point of that?

Does there need to be a point? I don't know why you think there's anything fishy about this.

    Really?

I think the husband had something to do with it. Or, maybe I watch too much CSI. Who knows.

The husband should pull a "Law Abiding Citizen" on their 'backsides'...

Here's an update on this story. Still not much to go on but it does validate my initial 'gut' feeling that something about his story was amiss.....

You were right Goldshell, that whole thing sounded bogus. Both tied up but they only shoot the wife? Hummmmm...

There was another recently in the Grand Rapids area of a man and woman, both killed by intruders. Still good advice to be armed at home.
