How could the gun discharge? I assume if he was putting his hand in his pocket it was a downward motion. If he activated the trigger with a downward motion to discharge the gun, the barrel would have to have been pointing up at him. Something is wrong with this picture.

I bet he didn't have his gun in a holster.
I don't carry a gun to look for or start a fight. I carry one to finish a fight I never wanted to be in.

Or rather he put his hand into his pocket and as he was pulling his hand out he discharged the weapon. Or there was something in his pocket that he was pulling out that got caught on the trigger. The only thing wrong with this picture is an idiot being an idiot.

yeah, but he was a "properly trained" idiot

If he is lucky his wife won't leave him!

Police say the man had a valid concealed carry permit and the proper training
but the state likely will revoke his permit.
ya think??

"...the company is now considering banning customers from bringing in concealed firearms."
Thanks idiot. I think it's wrongheaded, but his clientele will probably demand the change.
