If you recall SFODD had to remove U.S. personnel from a jail in Panama City, Panama when we went after Noriega. There is definitely real world mission relevance.
But if you all would rather spend millions of our tax dollars to build a jail on a military base for them to practice in instead of something they can use for free, I am sure the government would be happy to raise our taxes to pay for it.
