My mom just texted me the news. I was working on a paper for school. Now my concentration is shot to hades.
I almost feel sick.
Chris was from my hometown. I got his book the day it came out. I was looking forward to training with him this summer.
For all he did for our country, all the help he has provided groups just like at the range when this happened, and he gets murdered on our soil.
God rest his soul.
Know you've touched the lives of a LOT of people in a positive way, and inspired many, many more.
Rest in peace brother.
Prayers for his wife and kids.

I saw a story on another site that two men had tried to 'mug' him at a gas station a while back.
Kyle shot them both, but it didn't make any of the major news outlets.

I'm not seeing a conspiracy given what we are learning, but that doesn't make the situation any less tragic.
