Occupational hazard for burglars. Lead poisoning.

With any luck this 19 YO POS will die in the hospital thus putting an end to what would otherwise no doubt be a long criminal career.

I question why this even needs to go before a Grand Jury considering the Castle Doctrine?

I hope the POS punk doesn't pull through, thus saving the taxpayers the expense of clothing and feeding and boarding him for several years, then doing it all over again after his release from prison and him doing it all over again. Second, I hope the grand jury has enough common sense to not bring any charges against the homeowner for defending himself against this punk predator POS!

Sounds to me like the Homeowner missed his target. The BG survived long enough to be sent to hospital.
