    Bad: Right down the road from me - Deputies shoot firefighter

    Sounds like the deputies gave this guy a lot of time and chances to put the gun down. Makes you wonder why he didn't comply...

    The LEOs shot an armed man, who just happened to be a firefighter. You don't hold a gun on a cop no matter what your job is.

    Sad, but expected outcome. Sounds like the LEO's showed a high level of restraint.

    Indeed they used the taser on the suspect first. When he pulled one of the probes out and came up with the gun still in his hand threatening the deputies what choice did they have? By shooting him the deputies may well have saved the lives of the wife and two children.
