Time to charge the one surviving felon with Aggravated Felony Murder. Time to put him away for awhile. But then, it's in Texas. I'm sure that's more likely than most places. FELONY MURDER, Mister District Attorney. FELONY MURDER, not some drummed-down garbage alternative like attempted robbery.

Kudos to the citizens for surviving it relatively unscathed. Another example of how being capable of effectively defending matters a lot, as to the outcome.

I love a story with a happy ending! It's a shame the national media won't pick up on this and give it as much publicity as they normally do when some idiot shoots up a theater or a school!!!

A search brings up this Jordan Kutach, arrested a couple weeks ago for public intoxication, a few miles west of where the kidnapping/robbery/murder took place. Might be the same guy?? Dunno.

Interesting. Elsewhere in TX last week 3 men attempted to carjack a car and kidnap the owner. They only succeeded in
getting the car because the owner fought after they tied his arms and tried to get him to get in the trunk. They left him beaten up, took the car, went to a bank, robbed the bank at gun point, and abandoned the stolen car.

There is something vaguely similar in the willingness to kidnap. If it is the same creeps, they got what they should have gotten here, last week.

I really hope its the same BGs, as the ones here (and there too) are a very dangerous bunch.

Hmmm. If post 7 is accurate as to her being involved, it isn't the same bunch.

...the bank employee's husband understands what a lot of folks these days don't...it pays to have a "truck gun"...if it's stolen...it's a hassle...but if it's tucked where only you know it is...it's a life saver...gives "Don't Mess with Texas" a deeper meaning, don't it!!!

I think the individual in post 7 is actually a male. But I understand your confusion, a lot of boys that age looks like chicks now. If it is a girl, then it's definitely not the right person - the article says the kidnappers were brothers.

Also, when are BGs going to learn that crime doesn't pay in TX?
