Three suspects charged in deadly shooting on South Main | News | Downtown News

Officials are calling it a robbery attempt, but the perps did not even try to take the victims wallet or cell phone.

A new way for thugs and gangsta wannabes to get some "street cred". Instead of shooting each other (which is perfectly alright with me) they are now hunting down innocent victims and killing them.

    Head on a swivel time.

Hate to break it to you, but this activity is not new. It's just coming a bit more to light with recent events. Same thing was happening when I lived in Southern CA as a kid.

Let's see how fast the DOJ responds to initiate an investigation.

Nothing new, several years a go, a nurse on her way to work (3rd shift) shot in the head at the last stop sign before she would have pulled into the hospital drive. A public housing enclave only about a block away. You don't suppose........

Have relatives in Memphis, downtown is really not a safe place to be alone at night. My nephew quit the fire dept there he is a emt he said they were getting shot at in the neighborhoods where they get called most often ( is that profiling) also the number of patients with aids is skyrocketing. He moved to N.C.

Good old E St Louis. The only city where they have the traffic signals go to flashing yellow at 7:30pm so people won't have to stop while driving through.

Black on white crime. Nothing to see here folks, move along.
