Victim made a lot of mistakes.

I'm sure those poor angel boys will learn their lesson and go on to become tax paying contributors and assets to society.

I don't understand the story says the man who wielded the gun was not arrested?

You have to read between the lines, The gunman was not arrested because he hasn't been caught yet. The other two made their way to medical help.

Now, Arkansas is shall-issue as far as CCW goes; it has been my perception that a LOT of violent crime has gone down in such states as the bad guys don't know who is armed. Put it this way; someone pulls in front of my car at a stop light, and hops out, my gun would be out and ready; and you would think the idiots would know this could be the case in doing this type of thing. Then again, maybe "thinking" is foreign to them. Or perhaps they targeted this woman, believing she would be "easy". Perhaps these thugs need to be introduced to some of the women who carry; sooner would be better.
Anti-gunners seem to believe that if we just pass enough laws, we can have utopia. Unfortunately, utopia is NOT one of our choices.

I've been handling and shooting real firearms since I was 10 (32 years ago) and have never been inclined to commit the sort of acts these punks do today. I don't blame video games or society at large. I blame the modern lack of morals and repsect for human life that used to be instilled in children by their parents. Parenting and modern culture seem to have really gone downhill since I was a kid.
