Apparently, not "gangstas." But then, since they hold their gunzez sideways, maybe they don't know which end is up?

I hate to say this, but if that had been a hardened and determined criminal with no regard for human life, the clerk would have been shot multiple times. He got lucky...of course, the BG got lucky too that he could run faster than the clerk.

Store owner is lucky the guy didn't want a murder charge,I would say he is more stupid than brave, the robber could have perforated him numerous times before he got past the counter

    Yep, lucky guy.

Stupid??? There are two ladies in Heaven that might disagree. They were robbed on the same day in different convenience stores one morning here in Iowa. A young man came South on I35 from MN, went into both stores, pointed a gun at each of the mothers and grandmothers in each of their respective stores... and they complied with all his wishes... And then, he shot them both dead. And he smiled and joked with the cops as he was taken to the preliminary hearing.

Once the gun is pointed at you, you are dead. I might feign compliance to buy some time... but those ladies taught me a lesson... It may not buy much. Petit and family confirmed that for me. And Petit added the exclamation point that the extra time you buy may be worse than the alternative.

Might as well go out with your boots on. And if you don't die? Well then, it wasn't "A good day to die," huh?

Everyone runs at the sight of danger. Some run away from it and others run at it head on. Dumb or not, some people just have the will to fight vs run.

I'm glad he came outta it in the good way, but honestly, the machete guy was very lucky. Try the same move on 90% of the idiots willing to commit an armed robbery and you would likely get shot, and even shot to death.

If a machete was all I could use for whatever reason, I'd get two. One to throw and one to hang onto.
