    To me he did all he could to keep it from escalating to that but once the bg threatened him again and moved the gun muzzle towards him he had no choice, automatically anyone in such situation and with the tools to help one out would have acted to defend his soul.
    A life was taken but per the cops he was a loser already.

    It would appear he did everything he could to keep from having to pull his weapon and use it. He did the right thing and was willing to let his belongings go without even pulling his weapon. But the BG took it too far.

    The only negative event was the guys beautiful truck got wrecked. I feel worse about the truck than this dirt bag getting capped. Juan also knew exactly what to say, notice he kept saying how scared he was, this is very important. I hope he gets his truck fixed.
