In with a Bachelor's in applied a$$clown; out with a PhD in kidnapping, rape, torture, armed robbery, murder and/or any one of a dozen other subjects. Ain't it the truth. It's not called charm school for nothing.

Agreed about all the points.

The book makes very clear that you should keep firing until the threat ceases to be a threat, and to NOT believe that one shot is going to keep the person from being able to do you harm.
Here is a criminal who decided to try to run away and expired during the process. He could easily have used that energy to continue fighting with, and possibly shooting, the homeowner.
Shoot more than once if you really want to guarantee your safety. That seems to be the conclusion to arrive at.

Nothing lower than a scumbag who tries to take advantage of a 79 year old senior citizen. I'll cry a tear for the loser..., the day when green one-eyed monkeys fly out my butt.

awesome outcome. don't mean to judge or stereotype but but i can't think of too many at 79 that could wrestle with a BG and hold his own. Bravo!
What's this button do?

Bleeding Hearts let Him Out
This scumbag should have been in prison for 20 years as a repeat offender. So much for the Ohio "criminal justice system."
Glad that the old man was able to kill the perp.

To be sure, it's all too often a criminals' justice system ... and not a citizens' justice system. Ain't it the sad, unbelievable truth.
