Stories like that make me proud to be in a free society where we have the right to life and it is defended by an 80 yr old woman.

    Wink Cheesecake!

She had to balance on her walker as she pulled out a snub-nosed .38-caliber handgun.

She wasn't balanced on a walker; she was balanced on a walking stick, also known as a cane. She was not as feeble bodied as comes to mind when thinking about an older lady on a walker. Nevertheless, more power to her.

If I had shot out tires of someone I caught on my property, I'd be charged with discharging a firearm within city limits and/or reckless handling of a firearm. Out on her farm, she can get away with it.
