Our instructor threw out a "loaded" question (pardon the pun)

What is the best way to tell if a revolver that is pointed at you is loaded?

someone is class piped up rather quickly and said

Looking in the cylinders with your muzzle flash?

That had us rolling for at least 5 min straight.
LIFES JOURNEY IS NOT TO ARRIVE AT THE "GRAVE" SAFELY ,IN A WELL PRESERVED BODY.BUT RATHER TO SKID IN SIDEWAYS TOTALLY WORN OUT SHOUTING "HOLY S@#$...WHAT A RIDE"

Was the BG so young that he had, maybe, never come across the knowledge that it's wrong to commit armed robberies?

Puhlease. He got what is fair, for doing what he did. I don't consider it a "shame" when a righteous would-be victim removes the cancer of a predatory criminal from society's midst. I consider it a victory.

Actually, the fact that they are dying younger is a good thing. It shortens their criminal career and lowers the number of people who they victimize.

There ought to be a public service medal for this kind of stand-up citizen who saved countless future victims from this brain-dead, morally bankrupt POS. I'm just glad no humans were injured.

That one is close to home. About ten miles. Detroit, aka "People's Republic of Carjackistan", is nothing but a sewer. I stay far away.

    Troy Victorino

Apparently the journalists that doubted the lethality of the baseball bat are unfamiliar with Troy Victorino.

    Kudos to the armed citizen!

My understanding of MI law is that a firearm pointed at a person is a deadly threat, period. Loaded or not does not enter the equation, at least as far as the law is concerned.

When will the bad guys realize that the good guys are arming them selves? The moral to this story is to never bring an unloaded gun to a gun fight.

    Heres the question?

Somebody died in the commission of a crime. The criminal accomplices should be charged with murder. Or is that only in VA.

I thought if somebody died in the commission of a crime. All the "CRIMINALS" would be charged with Murder.

    CHP holder good for you.
