I would rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.

On "The Simpsons," Mr. Burns is always betting Smithers a Coke and losing... "Oh well, looks like I owe you a Coke." It's funny when that happens. Is that where you got it, or was it common to wager a Coke before that and I just had never heard of it?

What's this charge of Suspicion of Armed Robbery??

They have video........ they know there were guns involved...... why not a charge of attempted armed robbery????

So would that make a .40S&W a "centimeter short"?

A lot of interesting questions come up on this one. As far as what to charge the surviving suspects with, if they have a "Law of parties" or "felony murder" or something similar then all of the survivng suspects could be charged with their deceased accomplice's murder. As far as who was facing which way and moving what direction when shots were fired, without seeing the video how do we know what is flight and what is simply seeking cover? Are we obligated to hold our fire just because they are moving away from us even though they might just be gaining a tactical advantage and not attempting to escape the situation?
