A lot of interesting questions come up on this one. As far as what to charge the surviving suspects with, if they have a "Law of parties" or "felony murder" or something similar then all of the survivng suspects could be charged with their deceased accomplice's murder.As far as who was facing which way and moving what direction when shots were fired, without seeing the video how do we know what is flight and what is simply seeking cover? Are we obligated to hold our fire just because they are moving away from us even though they might just be gaining a tactical advantage and not attempting to escape the situation?
