This does not exactly paint the former officer in a good light.

In 2004, there were five complaints came against Koenig in just four months for things like using his emergency equipment improperly, reckless driving; he was also found at fault in four accidents involving his patrol car.

Nothing could be more true. Any altercation may end with someone dying. Armed or Unarmed, no difference.

...Side note: 5 rounds of .40 S&W to the body and 1 to the head should leave a man dead, no? Curiously enough, this man is still alive. Shot placement is key.
