Not only is he a good shot but he's smart too. Making himself scarce after the shooting so the Miami press can't find him. I would love to hear a first person account, but not at this guys expence. Just look at how much information on this guy has been put out allready. Free subs for life is great but I wouldn't want people to know I frequent the same place nearly every night.

The Subway video surveillance cameras, which the owner had installed only a week ago -- ''just to be on the safe side'' -- caught the whole drama.
Hot damn I wanna see that video!!

Now, I got a chuckle out of the grandfather saying his grandson was a good boy.

Okay, gramps, but what kind of man was he being? He was 22, after all -- not a "boy." Maybe he was the cutest, sweetest, nicest boy ever, but as a man, he was a degenerate armed robber -- a violent criminal. And it got him dead. Maybe you should spank his momma for screwing up in his rearing.

At least gramps said he didn't understand how his grandson could do this, as opposed to saying, "No way, my grandson didn't rob no restaurant." (Though it's probably not to be credited to the grandfather, as it's pretty hard to protest the innocence of a thug whose robbery and shooting death are caught on store surveillance tape!)

    What a great story!
