... and gets PWNED!! Sorry, I like my alliteration...!

Man, I love my Hoosier State...don't mess with our basketball and our skin flicks, and things will be cool. Violate these two simple rules, and things will get ugly *real* quick!!!

I guess the deceased genius really meant it when he told his friend "he was dying to look at some porn!"

I think the penultimate price would be having certain parts of his anatomy removed, that would be just short of dying (the ultimate price).

There once was a robber named Lorn
Who decided to go steal some porn
    He pulled out his gun
But the end of his fun
Came and now he won't see the next morn.

Looks like Fort Wayne clerks are 1 for 3 lately:

The would-be robber died in this instance, but it doesn't always work out that way.

Two times recently, store clerks being robbed here in town, have drawn guns, only to be shot dead themselves.

Dr. Moore also says, using deadly force often carries a psychological price tag for the shooter in terms of second guessing yourself, so itís not an exercise to be taken lightly.
    From http://www.indianasnewscenter.com/ne...l/9764797.html

At least the person using the deadly force is able to pay a psychological price. If he doesn't use the deadly force it is quite possible that he will pay the ultimate physical price. My father second guessed himself for a few hours the first night after killing a BG in an attempted robbery. He decided that the situation had been "him or me." He had a little difficulty getting to sleep that night, but he had not trouble any night after that.

    Hey Hey!!

Guess he is gonna get his peep show after all. The worms are gonna peep inside the box to see what an idiot looks like. Get that worker another case of ammo. One more off the oxygen waster list.
A person is justified in the use of deadly force, if such person reasonably believes deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to such person or a third person.

    This is good:

When they print something like the following in the article, it is beneficial:

There have been other attempted holdups in recent years in which robbers were shot by their intended victims.
    ...
None of the shooters faced criminal charges.

    It serves two purposes
    - it puts criminals on notice that we're fighting back; maybe they'll reconsider whether the attempt is worthwhile
    - it reminds the public that fighting back works, and that we are in the right to do it
